Improved:

- Waffle maker needs greese and flamable fuel sources to run.
- The Cooking furnace won't start using any flamable fuel if it can't cook
- The Waffle maker won't start using any flamable fuel if it can't cook
- Updated to forge 10.13.4.1614

Fixed:

- Waffle maker was active as item when theres an active waffle maker block
- While starting a forge server with this mod for this minecraft version, the server was crashing..
- Removed the other olive leaves stages in the creative tab.
